That is completely untrue and a very old myth. It is very well know that a 3" exhaust on an N/A 4 cyl does in fact NOT lose power or torque. If anything, you gain both of those all across the power band. Most N/A Hondas are running 3" systems that gain more power than their 2.5" counter parts. Just ask Fullblown about how much better S2K's run with 3" systems.
