I think they will try to replace the 2nd cam gear. If that fails you should ask for driver's side head to be replaced, the entire engine to be replaced or you should Lemon Law the car and get a new one.

This is actually what happened to my car before I talked them into just giving me a replacement car. This was about five weeks ago. They replaced one cam gear, just to have the problem move over to the other, which they were just replacing when I said I'd really had enough. I did see my "old" FR-S out on the lot for sale again last week, so perhaps they've now fixed it. It had been ten days when I asked for the replacement.
