Actually, I am amazed they didn't do this. Although, after looking into the lemon law for Texas, I think my dealer did this just to make it harder for me to go after them if htis turns out to be a legal issue. According to the law, if they give you a loaner, it invalidates the part that says that you lost use of the vehicle for more than 30 days, so long as it is a comparable car...
