No you dont need to take out all the fluid, just screw out the oem bleeder valve and some fluid will come out, screw the new one in, do the same for all wheels, then just do a quick bleed to try them out and make sure no air is in the system. To bleed simply unscrew the new bleeder valve out a 1/4 of a turn or maybe a bit more and pump away the brake pedal, then lock the valve.
