I am looking for brake pads for several track days a year and mostly DD. I was hoping to keep the pads on all year. I am willing to put up with some extra noise and dust, but as a DD it can't be excessive. Would like to not trash my rotors too quickly either. Ferodo DS2500 seem like a good fit, but are not yet available for the rear.

What do you all think about:

1) Ferodo DS2500 in the front and HP+ in the rear.

2) Ferodo DS2500 in the front and OEM in the rear.

3) Any other suggestions?
