About small shops, my shop has been in business for almost 45 years and we carry a lifetime warranty. If we damage a vehicle we will pay for it. This has happened before, nobody's perfect. For example one of our installers had a brain fart and broke a Porsche door handle, we ordered a replacement and went to the customers house to replace it for him, no charge to the customer, but he did give us some beer .

I am not saying all small shops will be this helpful, but if you find a good shop, they will be 1,000,000 times better than a place like best buy.
