So a corporate representative, told you that his company is without doubt, screwing you over. Did not provide any form of solution, and told you deuces? I find that outrageously difficult to believe, but if in some strange way that actually did happen and Clayton was just having a bad day, you need to get customer service on the phone and inform management.
