Me: well, first I thought you might want to take a look at the bulletin and make sure you have the parts I need, as it is a good bit out of my way.

Him: do you have the bulletin number?

Me: yep, just e-mailed it to you.

Him: Oh. Huh. I didnt even know this was out.

Me: well, I will let you go and order what you need. Call me back?

Him: Umm yeah, thanks for letting me know


I am still not sure whether to be upset with this call or not. I did find it pretty funny though.

Do you think the techs review every TSB the moment it is released? Or perhaps they'll look for any applicable ones when a situation presents itself...
