So I called my dealer, the onversation went something like this:
Me: Hey, hows it going, this is Chuck, I stopped in for an oil change a couple days ago with the FR-S, and told you that there was a chirping noise coming from the engine. Remember me?
Him: Oh yeah! I remember you! How's it going?
Me: Well, the chirping is still there, but there seems to have been a new TSB put out for it, and I wanted to make sure you were aware of it.
Him: Oh really? When would you like to bring it in?
Me: well, first I thought you might want to take a look at the bulletin and make sure you have the parts I need, as it is a good bit out of my way.
Him: do you have the bulletin number?
Me: yep, just e-mailed it to you.
Him: Oh. Huh. I didnt even know this was out.
Me: well, I will let you go and order what you need. Call me back?
Him: Umm yeah, thanks for letting me know
I am still not sure whether to be upset with this call or not. I did find it pretty funny though.
