Its not a good idea to remove a clutch delay valve, its designed to be a safeguard against improper clutch engagement which can damage your driveline. Many novice drivers will attempt to engage a clutch as fast as they possible can at the highest rpm they can, however, this is not a race clutch, its a street clutch, and it has a proper speed of engagement. Failure to engage the clutch at the proper speed can result in premature direline wear and shift-shock.
The device will also aid in preventing the chassis from being upset unintentionally during shifting. Alternately, this makes it easier to perform drift maneuvers or intentionally upsetting the chassis, without damaging your drivetrain components and ensuring proper clutch engagement.

Removing the valve will not make you faster, or magically turn you into Takumi. It will preserve your drivetrain.
