All three feel exactly the same to me. Make sure they are broken in and don't have any aero installed before comparing.

UPD: did a test: bought all three again, no oil change or anything, equal PP and HP. Went into my online lounge (so that miles stay at zero and don't mess up the PP) and ran half a dozen laps around Suzuka East with tire/fuel consumption off. Best laps are within a few _hundreds_ of a second and the feel is exactly the same. So, BRZ/FRS/GT86 in this game are just different visual skins on the same physical car model.
