I think you cant adjust the part itself. The black hard molding you see hang (in some way) to the glass and serve as a frame for the installation in the door. The thing is that this inner hard molding (frame) was wrongly installed at the factory forcing the glass to stretch the outer softer rubber and crack at the top. Make sense ? I should take pictures before and after anyway I tried my best to explain
