Narrow wheels. Get Ice + Snow rated tires. Michelin X-Ice 3 = awesome.

Make sure you have winter-spec washer fluid in the car. Make sure your wiper blades are good.

If you're using a heavier oil - switch back to 0w20 or 0w30.

Wash your car and rinse the under-body regularly.
