Also, I'd like to see you take a fast corner and then hit the brakes hard in your FR-S and see what happens. One reason ABS was invented to help you steer under braking since static friction is greater than kinetic friction, and to also reduces stopping distance. It won't save you from the inevitably weight shift and slide in the middle of the turn.

if we are going by the op's video i dont see why he would need to slam on his brakes since he never entered the oncoming lane. So i would say he could apply heavy brake but not enough to skid.
