^B/c it was designed in europe! I'm ol skool so ultimately I'd prefer everything manual: windows, doorlocks, no power steering, a single cd w/4 5" speakers, no AC, no iPod connect, no nav, no leather etc but that might not be the case.
I've driven cars with pwr windows in both locations. I've gotten used to it being on the doors I guess. I do like the center console to have just the shifter and the e brake and maybe a storage compartment. I didn't even like the iDrive on the Bimmer.
