But some people are saying they won't buy the FR-S at all if it carries a Scion badge, which is ridiculous. Yes, given a choice I'd prefer it being a Toyota over a Scion. But I'm not going to lose sleep over it being called a Scion.
I grew up seeing FR Celicas, but even then, when I hear Celica now I think of the FF ones from the 6th, 7th gen. Are AE86s known or remotely popular in Europe? Have no idea.
