My experiences back this up. I replaced my worn OE pads with the Stoptechs in the front as I had a track day coming up quickly. 115*F @ Streets of Willow, 6- 20min sessions. I didn't have any fade issues in my ~2950lb FWD Mazda, but they DESTROYED my rotors. Tons of pad deposit, which means
a lot of vibration when using the brakes. Unfortunately, I have not yet had time to pull the rotors and have them turned. At least they are quiet!
