I would say that that department is for is to make sure the models meet US safety. emissions, lighting, etc... requirements. They say it is only 40 employees.

Main point I was getting at is while one source is discredited (not that the awful spelling and vague points weren't warning bells...), doesn't mean that the other one is now automatically correct.

SOA Blog is there on NASIOC, preaching to the choir, to promote buzz. That is all. A little 'rivalry' between FHI and Toyota over who's project it is, cements the loyalty of the Subaru clan, gets them excited.

It's something called 'User Generated Content' in some marketing circles. Let the customers do some (or a ton) of your marketing for you.

We are doing the same thing ourselves, here, for Toyota/Scion.

It's a joint project. We know this. Hopefully the team is made of who ever is best for the job, from both companies.
