- a small slot for the power outlet (so wire can thread through for accessories),
- a sliding mechanism so the armrest slides back instead of flipping.
- a magnet that attaches the base to the console rather than having to drill for installation.

All of this, the big deal breaker for me is the passenger not being able to get to a drink easily. I normally ask my female companion hand it to me lol...
