Spoke to my service guy again today. Car still being repaired. Tech worked some Friday, Saturday and now today. Nothing so far gives me confidence that the tech won't screw something up since it is his first time despite 20 years experience, none of which is on Subaru's.
No telling when it will be officially fixed, but maybe any day now. My feeling about the car can never be the same since I know it was already torn apart while still a baby.
