Right on. A car is not an investment due to depreciation the moment it leaves the dealership with it's new owner. One can not build equity in a car like a house.

So again, it is an AMAZING Toy, I love it!! But it is very far away from an "investment". In a LONG time, someone who babies it to nauseum can call it an investment because in 40 years (as a classic first year model) it "might" be worth more than now. Until then no, it is not an investment
