This has been discussed to death, and Visconti himself has posted, he has played around with the tool and AS LONG AS YOU FLASH BACK TO STOCK, they can't find out you have flashed to ECUTek and back to stock, they will just see the stock flash and some random numbers laying around that they have no idea and are not related to a flash count.
Lastly, while it sometimes looks like it, the dealer is not the police of ECU flashing, and generally speaking, they won't look at your ECU unless you bring a catastrophic engine failure or similar.
