This bothers me, Scion is still waiting for parts but then Subaru Canada says "no need for parts, just wait for ECM software update"? Is there a lack of communication somewhere?
Also this from another thread here:
took it to the dealership and said here, lol. they then recorded all the engine issues with this freeze frame tech. and sent it to a engineer at toyota corp. and they responded and said ECU need to be replaced with new software. so now i went from driving a FRS to a Matrix to a corrolla and now im in a yaris. trying to figure out how they should compinsate me what you guys think.....?
