It makes me wonder, because over the interwebz everyone seems to claim 0.85-0.9 is "ideal". Are they just full of shit? Maybe it's that the FSAE car has 14:1 compression pistons so the flame speed is naturally faster.

Is this referencing the output from a narrow band O2 sensor? I ask because those sound like plausible voltage output values and I've often heard the output called lambda, but this would be the first time
