You put it in better words than what I was able to type out. I was going to bring up the JDM 12-spoke STI wheels that were used on Spec C's, Forester STI, Forester Sports, Camo FT-86, etc. They make +53 and +48 offsets at 7.5, 8 or 8.5 width in 5x114.3 and 5x100, some compatible with BBK and some not.
