In my case, the wait IS the issue now. The last time I spoke to them, which was several weeks ago, I was told that they'd all be shipped out in the next two weeks (at that time). I'm not getting responses to my private messages and I get a recording when I call them. The order was placed on July 9th and my intention at this point is to get a refund, but I have to speak to someone first. Other than that, I'll have to get with AMEX to see what my options are! Hate to go that route but what else can I do?
