Just to clear some things up. SOA Blog is not just one guy it's actually a group of pepole who work for Subaru of America and are responsible for SOA's "internet presence" so to speak.
When they showed up back in 2008 everyone over on NASIOC threw the BS flag, flamed them, and treated them the same way TRDLiquid was treated when he first showed up here.
SOA Blog's account was frozen until moderators could verify through independent sources that they were indeed legit. Trust me they are who they say they are... and that's why there's even a sticky thread for you to ask them questions directly.
They are legit... but they only represent
Subaru of America's opinion of the situation which may or may not be 100% correct (the cars are being built in Japan by SOJ etc).
