I had a couple screws back out. There was nothing wrong with the screws, seemed like a mistake during install on my part. My thoughts were it has to do with the foam seal being compressed/heated during use and/or sun. I figured it got softer and or more compressed when the other screws went in so there was less pressure against the plate. Which would have made it more susceptible to vibration. Either way, i went to home depot and spent $3 on some new screws and washers and havent had a problem since. Plus the stainless replacements match the aluminum much better anyways

Edit Add: I don't think these issues are in any way bad for Airaid. I mean it's not like the parts are faulty, a bit of loctite, or more careful installation would have prevented the issues. It really says a lot when the company is so behind their product that they'll rush out parts to customers no questions asked.
