I'm sure that most of us that work with customers on a regular basis do this. I've had the conversation numerous times "I think it's best if you find someplace else to spend your money". That doesn't necessarily mean the customer is in the wrong, just that we didn't see eye to eye and are better off parting ways. Usually for me at least it means that dealing with them had a negative impact on service for other customers, which to me is more important long term than making one more sale. Hope there aren't any hard feelings, but kudos.
There will be more tuners soon to help relieve the pressure. Sure it would be nice to have the option of giving a referral to another tuner at times. Part of being the first in the field to do something in high demand I suppose.
