I'm still going to guess the one trotting around in these pics/vids from the last few days are the Suby model, and the Scion FR-S will be Toyota's offering. After all, they have to differentiate the two some how, and this will be in exterior/interior styling and materials most likely. This test mule screams Suby style to me, and that the Scion/Toyota one would be more "edgy" which is more par for the course for them.
It's certainly not uncommon for automakers to have multiple mules either btw. They may have one for suspension tuning and hi-stress testing, along with everyday wear and tear testing. Plus, it's more free advertising and hype-making...
