15s now your smoking. Brakes are going to be too big. The car is going to weigh over 2800lbs. 17s will probably be the smallest size wheels to fit over brakes.
15s on a 91 civic or 83 rabbit gti is good. 15s and low profile tires on this and it will be scraping its subframe.
18" for daily
18" for track day less sidewall, less flex, more real tire choices.
