I've driven my car for 6,000 miles, but in the past week it has developed a problem. The engine bogs down at times. I'll be driving on the street, shift into 2, and then it seems to just bog down and slow down, forcing me to add a little more gas. In addition, there is a kind of hesitation when accelerating from rpm's of 3,000 or less.

My first thought was that a caliper might be dragging, so I checked all four wheels, but they same fine, with no heating up of the disks. My second thought is bad gas, so I finished the tank and filled it up with 93 Shell. Too early to see if that has made a difference.

Anyone else experience this?
