You shouldnt have an issue getting a new one from the selection on the lot. Like me I can pick anyone I want and they will keep my payments the same plus they are paying my firstly the payment now. However I'm going to push them to just refund my down payment. I think I would rather that than tw another fr-s in a color I don't want and most likely have it happen again.
