Long and short of it is dealer told me to pickup my car so I called my rep ivwas assigned and left him a msg that I was told to drive the vehicle and I would need a verification from Corp that this is in so many words ok. I planned on asking the dealership for something in writing telling me they would not cover a rental and advised me to drive my car with no working TC and a bad VVTI gear. By the time I got the the dealership Corp had already called and told them to keep me in the rental until m vehicle was fixed.
The rep called me as I was leaving the dealership for the 3rd time that day and told me once my vehicle was fixed they would lookmat the time I was without my vehicle and talk to me about compensation such as making my car payment depending on the amount of time the repair takes and also extended warranties. He ended with we want to make this right for the inconvience and they would give me and update 9/10 on parts
