I've lived in NJ for 19 years, and have had a NJ license for almost 5 years now. I have another house in Virginia and have been there for 3 years (don't have residency since it's temporary, only for another 2 years). One thing I will say for certain is the first year i was in VA, I saw more accidents happen than I had for the 2 prior years that I was driving in NJ, and that was still more than I could remember even years past that. The first snow I witnessed there, dear god that was bad. People do not know how to drive there. It makes me sad that I saw 3 accidents, 2 of them being pretty bad ones, when it was drizzling.....drizzling. And you think NJ drivers are bad. Bad drivers exist everywhere.

(As an FYI, I have been doing autocross and drag racing for 3 years)
