10% is fine, you wont notice a thing, as long as the car was built in the last 10 - 15 years. previous to that it can be bad.
if its old enough for a steel tank, even worse, if the car survives long enough, you will find a big ol' hole in the tank where its rusted through haha.

I plan on getting mine flashed and running e85.
