People followed the directions given with the intake which made no indication of thread locker being necessary. Do the stock bolts need thread locker? No. Do they vibrate? Yes. Don't try to say people are stupid and don't know how to install when that clearly wasn't the case.
This thread also shows people getting the wrong size PCV elbows and having mild to severe bogging issues. Not to mention the finger pointing on AIRAIDs part and deletion of posts. Also, not the customers fault.
Hope that clarifies why some people view the thread as negative.
Sorry for the rant, I just really didn't appreciate the condescension.
