I have this update (new, relocated antenna and new SD card) as installed by a Subaru engineer.
Only, I can't tell you how it works, because I dropped my BRZ at the dealer 8/14 for the P0019 CEL and haven't seen it since. If I'm lucky, I may have it back 9/24 or so...if anybody is still interested, I can try to provide some feedback then.
