I just got off the phone with Racecomp Engineering. I am not pleased with how Myles handled the situation. Worst customer service I have experienced from any of the vendors around here.

I just wanted support for a defective product they sold, but I got a lecture instead on how its not their fault and it is the manufacturer. I get it the first time he told me that, and could have been more supportive rather than implying that the very reputable suspension shop I use was giving up too easily so that they can make money off of me. At first he even refused to call the suspension shop to get all the details and ask questions on what happened. He eventually agreed to talk to the shop if the shop called them.

Anyways, long story short I will be emailing them what the shop found so that they can forward that to Whiteline. I just wish I did not have to go through being treated badly.
