I was getting it even at a sensible RPM/load (like starting up a steep hill, or bumper to bumper) intermittently, but I couldn't always reproduce it other than the very low RPM/high load, which admittedly was not a situation I considered to be normal driving, so it didn't bother me too badly.
With the latest flash I tested, even that scenario is fixed.
