Anyhow, I removed all screws on top lid, put a little bit of Loctite on all four of them and then screwed them back in as I originally had. I'm sure this will solve the problem. Now, I'm worried about the three holding the main air filter tube to the box! Didn't seem loose, but I also didn't remove the whole system to check.
