Why would they show us the FRS and give us the MKII?
The point of this post is that there could be a US only model of the FRS and everyone else will get the MKII body style!
Both model will share the same platform but we will get the edgy, risky lines of the FRS

I believe it's already been discussed that the FRS that debuted in New York was a joint effort with 5 Axis and Toyota to show how the MKII will look like from a tuners perspective.
The prototype that Hachi posted is more than likely the actual model that we'll be seeing soon.
