That was me...I don't remember hearing any honks or anything??? If I noticed you, I definitely would have said what's up. Where was it that you saw me? I'll ask my gf if she remembers hearing any honks. Were you in an FRS/BRZ? Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude, but I don't remember seeing you. Maybe I was too preoccupied because I was shocked at how dead the Barstow Outlets are now compared to how it used to be.
