I understand @ David@Airaid.com offered to let me ship my intake to them to let them test it, but unfortunately, that will put me beyond the return period that @ AJUSA.com offers. I don't want to run the risk of losing 250$ on the chance that the 2nd intake causes the same issues.
I'm now going to send John some more comparison logs between this intake and stock.

For what it's worth, my car was doing the same thing with the Injen intake. Stock, though, it's fine; no issues at all. Problem only started with the tune, but the stock intake works fine with the tune.
Still waiting to hear back from Injen, or hoping that John is going to figure out how to tune around it. Not sure which is going to happen.
