That's highly unlikely. Tooling is set way in advance, something like a year. They're not going to tool something for a production model only to tweak it later on, that's really costly. By now the final production design has likely been locked down.
The side is similar to the MKII (sans those cheesy vents, thank God), front seems almost MKI-ish in how conservative it is, the rear tail lights doesn't look like any of the concepts (reminds me of the previous BMW Z4).
If those wheels are Enkei Spec Cs from the Forester, they're 17x7 et48.
