I really really doubt this. You take a a good drifter, not some kid hooning in a parking lot and set him loose in a manual and an auto, he's gonna do much butter with the manual. He will have much more control and will be able to use more techniques from modualting the clutch.
Anyone saying thier auto is just as good is just trying to fool themselves and they know deep down they made the wrong chioce for drifting.
