This is my first AT car, EVER. I did some homework, and while Aisin shows various transmission, we have the RWD 6-speed Automatic Transmission (TB-61SN) which has a max torque capacity of 400 Nm. More than adequate for the NA bolt on parts I plan on. Every WRX I have ever had, the transmission MT was the first part to fail and I've never had over 350 WHP.
I miss the interaction but driving in the AT in M mode is my joy.
And for the fact I won't have to buy a clutch before my car hits 30K all I can say is enjoy the MT while you can, then get your wallet ready.
