I was thinking more in line with the dealership not agreeing to canceling the contract and trying to force him to buy the car. I agree, it wouldn't be worth it to get legal assistance for a $100 dispute. It would be much easier to test drive one of their cars at a later date and fuck it up royally (which you should NOT do - that would be very, very wrong).
