If you think you need a flashing "F1 style" 4th brake light on public streets because people behind you keep tailgating you and you are slamming on your brakes at every traffic light, you probably need to reevaluate your driving style instead.
f1 brakes don't actually flash. the reason why they flash is because of the cameras recording them. ever point a video camera at a tv screen? more or less the same concept.
