You would be stuck w/ this financing terms and agreement once you drive the car off the lot. You can't be paying for something that you don't even have possession of.
I signed the papers w/ the 5 yr/60k warranty. When I went to go pick up the car, I said that the warranty was going to be useless for me and I took it off. No questions asked.
Take a deep breath and tell them you would want to cancel the contract. If not, tell them you're gonna get a lawyer if they don't comply.

Totally agreed! Just remove all options if you unable to cancel the contract entirely. If you haven't drove the car off the lot yet, then you have leverage.
